2. Scope of Services
- Credit Samadhaan offers advisory and support services aimed at improving your credit profile.
- The Company does not guarantee specific results, such as a precise increase in credit scores or approvals for financial products.
- Resolution of credit disputes depends on the cooperation of third parties (e.g., credit bureaus and lenders), and delays caused by them are beyond the Company’s control.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information to facilitate the credit repair process.
- Clients are responsible for regularly reviewing their credit reports to ensure accuracy and must report discrepancies promptly.
- Clients must not misuse the Company’s services or engage in fraudulent activities, including providing false information.
4. Payment Terms
- Fees for services must be paid upfront unless specified otherwise in a written agreement.
- All fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the Company explicitly fails to deliver promised services within agreed timelines (subject to terms).
- The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if payments are not made on time.
5. No Guarantees or Warranties
- Credit Samadhaan does not guarantee:
- An improvement in credit scores within a fixed timeframe.
- Approval of loans, credit cards, or other financial products based on credit repair.
- The services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
6. Limitation of Liability
- The Company shall not be liable for any:
- Losses or damages resulting from the delay, suspension, or termination of services caused by third-party actions.
- Financial decisions made by the Client based on advice or information provided by the Company.
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, even if the Company was advised of the possibility of such damages.
- The maximum liability of the Company, in any case, shall not exceed the fees paid by the Client for the disputed service.
7. Confidentiality and Privacy
- The Company is committed to protecting the privacy of Client information as outlined in its Privacy Policy.
- The Client agrees to share their credit-related data, including credit reports, with the Company for service delivery purposes.
- The Company shall not be held responsible for unauthorized access to Client data due to hacking or other malicious activities.
8. Dispute Resolution
- In case of any disputes, Clients must first attempt to resolve the matter through written communication with the Company.
- If disputes cannot be resolved amicably, they will be subject to arbitration in accordance with the [Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996] or applicable laws.
- The jurisdiction for any legal proceedings will be Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
9. Intellectual Property
- All content, including logos, text, graphics, and tools on the Company’s website and platforms, is the intellectual property of Credit Samadhaan.
- Clients are prohibited from reproducing, modifying, or distributing this content without prior written consent.
10. Prohibited Activities
Clients are strictly prohibited from:
- Using the Company’s services for unlawful purposes.
- Misrepresenting the Company or its services.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer or misuse the Company’s proprietary tools.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
- Credit Samadhaan reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
- Updated Terms will be posted on the website with the effective date. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

- If you are approached by any individual or company using a similar name and requesting payments to an unlisted account, please report it immediately to us at info@creditsamadhaan.com.
